We went international this week on Beer for Breakfast! Our neighbors to the South in Baja are cranking out some great craft beers and we got the chance to try an awesome Tijuana brewery, Cerveceria Insurgente.
Cerveceria Insurgente has been around for 8 years and was founded by brothers Ivan and Damian. They just won gold at the San Diego International Beer Festival for their American Pale Ale, Juan Cordero, so of course we HAD to try it!
Here’s what we drank:
Juan Cordero Pale Ale 5.5% ABV
Tiniebla Witbier 5% ABV
Rompeolas IPA 6% ABV
La Lupulosa IPA 7% ABV
