I’ve been wanting to try Mikkeller Brewing San Diego ever since they opened in the old Alesmith facility and I’ve been slackin’ HARDCORE!
Mikkeller Brewing opened its San Diego location in Spring of 2016 but Mikkeller was founded in 2006 in Copenhagen, Denmark by Mikkel Borg Bjergsø and Kristian Klarup Keller. You can find Mikkeller Brewing locations all over the world!
Daniel and Mickail, brewers for Mikkeller SD, stopped by Beer for Breakfast to chat with Paul and I about their really interesting beers.

Mr. Manager IIPA – Double Dry Hopped New England Hazy 8% ABV
