Digital Sales & Content Coordinator
- Responsible for strategy, creation, execution, monitoring, optimization and reporting for all digital campaigns.
- Oversee inventory management for display ads, mobile display, mobile apps, rich media, newsletters, lead generation, pre-roll, page sponsorships, streaming, texting and new content.
- Support Account Executives with presentations on how to position digital, convert CPP & GRP to CPM. Put together the digital line-items in proposals. Create break-outs of costs line-itemed for each digital asset and make sure entered properly into Marketron.
- Attend client meetings with Account Executives as our “Digital Expert”.
- Work with Director of Event Marketing & Digital Sales and Director of Digital to build out programmatic advertising sales platform, first and third party data offerings, geo-targeting capabilities, database development, and new digital content.
- Act as liaison with Programing & Promotions to execute monetization and promotion of new digital content.
- Fulfillment of all Digital Sales campaigns including creation of ad units, trafficking assets, entering data into Triton’s TAP system, running delivery reports, and optimizing campaigns as needed.
- Manage AE pending for all non-spot and events in the system. Create all reports for management on pending budgets for both Digital Sales and Events.
- Attend Sales Meeting, NTR/Non-Spot Digital Sales Manager Meeting, and Web Production Meeting. Enter all action items into PromoSuite and Triton TAP system.
- Become an expert on the current digital space and our competition in radio and other mediums.
- Be a major contributor to the Event Marketing & Digital Sales team. Come to work every day with a fabulous attitude and the willingness to jump in to assist on any project as needed.
