In news that bodes well for all of us (not just RB residents, of course!) who enjoy a beer or three regularly, a UCSD study has found that “moderate to heavy drinkers… are more likely to live to 85 without developing dementia and other cognitive problems compared to people who don’t drink at all.”
Recently published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease, “the long-term study was largely based on white, middle-class men and women living in Rancho Bernardo,” according to the UT. Read the full article here, and cheers! SEE YOU AT BEER X!
