Terri Ramos

Born and Raised in So Cali. Grew up in Garden Grove, Ca. Don’t know where that is? Well it's close to Disneyland and it was cool enough for Sublime to write a song about!! Oh yeah that's right, " We took a trip to Garden Grove".. I started in radio back in 1998 in Tucson, Az just walked in off the streets after winning tickets to see an advance screening of Men in Black, asked if they were hiring and was told " we always need interns." So I started in promotions and was determined that I was going to change the way music was played at 93.7 KRQQ. I knew nothing about radio but it was the best chance I ever took. Within 6 mos I was a paid employee and 6 mos later I was on the air. So I have to say Thank you to Tim Richards for taking a chance on me because without him I would never be where I am today, 91X IN SAN DIEGO BABY!!! I can't believe I'm here and how I got the job here is another amazing story which I'll spare you those details but let's just say it was defiantly fate that stepped up on this one, Just ask Capone.

Ok here is the normal stuff you might want to know.. I'm a Gemini which means my bday is in June, on the 14th to be exact. I'm the ripe Ol' age of 34 but seriously I act like I'm about 25 some times , 15 if you catch me on a crazy day. Music has always been a huge part of my life.. I remember being a little kid and dancing around to the Grease soundtrack on my record player.. Yes I said record player for those of you who only have known cd's those are the big black things with a small hole in the middle.. Sarcasm I love it! I listen to pretty much anything except for country and rap… well ok I listen to some of that too.. However in my cd case you'll find just about every Depeche Mode Album ever made cause they rock! There is too much music in my head after working in radio for the last 10 years to name my favs.

I'm a pretty laid back person and love talking to and meeting new people. So don't hesitate to come over and say hi. I promise I won't bite unless you ask me to.. Ha ha ha! I love to sing which was a hidden reason for getting into radio cause I wanted to be discovered, hasn't happened yet but I am a Karaoke Queen. I sing anything from Evanescence to Janis Joplin. As far as sports well I can tell you I'll watch it on TV if it's baseball anything else not so much. I would rather be at the game then to be interrupted by commercials..By the way GO ANGELS!! LOL Sorry I'm an O.C. girl ,grew up watching them.
