Join us Saturday November 25th at the Pour House in Oceanside for the fall 2017 edition of the In Your Neighborhood w/Lou Niles Block Party!  The event features local bands along with local businesses and artists bringing a spotlight to local creative people. The event will give the community to get out after a filling Thanksgiving feast, enjoy music and maybe even get your holiday shopping kick started. At the Block Party you can buy local music and merch from the bands. The festival in the parking lot will feature Spin Records selling cool and collectible vinyl, organic juice and kombucha from Suja Juice, and original art from Potter Art and Ashley Schaar Eisenman. Real Surf will be on site with cool local surf gear and clothing, Planet Sleaze will offer vintage style and custom rock n roll apparel while Action Salsa get’s it’s spicy on serving up their salsa and local hand made drum maker Vessel Drums will be here too offering back line for the bands. Tunes inside the club will be spinning between bands courtesy of DJ Lou Niles and tunes in the lot provided by KKSM radio and DJ Roob. And as always great food by the Pour House, yes the Pour House has really good food, try the bacon burger, the ahi tacos and the amazing french fries. We also thank Dizzy Spells Production, Love Machine Films, Main Street Oceanside and DoSD for their support in marketing and promotion.

The even starts at 12 Noon on Saturday the 25th. All Ages and No Cover. The great music for the day will include Oceanside School of Rock’s House Band, the Stephen El Rey Sextet, The Electric Elms, Meraki, The Thens, Warsaw, the Surrealistics and Taken by Canadians. Come on out, enjoy music, shake off the triptophane, and be a part of “Tis The Season To Shop Local”.
