The latest edition of Beer for Breakfast ABV is up, featuring our friends from Three Punk Ales Brewing Co. in Chula Vista, now celebrating the opening of their new brewery and taproom in Downtown Chula Vista at 259 Third Ave.

With a strong desire for some South in our Mouth, we shot this week’s ABV on location at the new Three Punk Ales taproom, as Tommy, Producer Danielle, Abel from the 91X What’s Hoppening blog and Paul Segura from the Karl Strauss Brewing Co. welcomed back Three Punk’s Steven Garcia, John Marshall and Kevin Lewis. We also welcomed to newest member of the Three Punk Ales team, brewer Ivan Moldanado, formerly of Belching Beaver.

Being on-site, there was no shortage of beer to try – and from the source, no less. We sampled the brilliantly-named Three Punk Ales La Flama Blanca, IPA Hole, Putin On the Ris (Russian Imperial Stout, get it?), Morning After Pils and the Needle In the Hey Double IPA for this edition of Beer for Breakfast. The things we do for radio, right?
