For the past 10 years, Miramar-based Duck Foot Brewing has been brewing up solid beer that’s not just tasty, but also gluten-reduced across the board. Pleasantly weird in the best way, the team behind this plucky operation will be throwing down this Saturday in honor of a decade in the beer biz. In preparation for that special event, the crew sampled two Duck Foot beers, starting with a Belgian-style amber ale called Platypug, followed by an IPA brewed especially for the occasion, Cheers to a Duckade. The latter is sure to contribute to its fair share of party fowls.
