What would you expect a craft brewery to do when celebrating its 11-year anniversary? Brew an 11% beer, right? That’s logical thinking, but rather than amp up the alcohol, Miramar-based Duck Foot Brewing has brewed Wicked Coast, a 5% West Coast IPA with the hop presence of a much larger beer. Why? So attendees of tomorrow‘s anniversary festival at their Miramar HQ can enjoy either of two three-hour sessions without having to duck out early due to over-inebriation.
