Four years ago, South Oceanside received a namesake brewery installed in a former beauty college on Coast Highway. Over that span, South O Brewing has endeared itself to members of that community. Ownership has also gone from brewery entrepreneurs to restaurateurs, opening a bar and eatery called The Mill Room serving its beers, plus craft cocktails and innovative food at nearby Pacific Coast Spirits.
