It was a Love Fest on Beer for Breakfast ABV this week when Danielle and Paul welcomed Owner/Brewmaster Julian Shrago from Beachwood Brewing Co. out of Huntington Beach & Long Beach.
Beachwood Brewing & Karl Strauss Brewing got together to brew a West Coast IPA using Mosaic and Amarillo hops that is being released this week. The crew also tried one of Beachwood’s most award winning beers made with Portola Coffee. Mocha Machine has won 2 GABF awards (2014 gold, 2104 silver) & 3 World Beer Cup awards (2014 bronze, 2016 gold, 2018 silver).
Beachwood Brewing is available in San Diego on draft at most craft beer bars and is available in cans at your better beer shops. Danielle picked up Mocha Machine at Bine and Vine Bottle Shop off Adams Ave in Normal Heights.
