Four years ago, a brewer from one of the South’s most influential craft breweries fell in love with San Diego and its suds scene and decided he wanted to move here to be a part of it. So, him and his wife pulled up stakes and made the move. And since debuting in North Park’s Brewery Igniter complex, their Seek Beer Co. has grown into one of San Diego’s most popular breweries.
