There was an extra special guest on Beer for Breakfast this week: Brandon Hernandez! Brandon is the founder/executive editor of San Diego Beer News, a champion for craft beer, and an all-around stellar human being.
Brandon sat in for Brewmaster Paul Segura and treated Marty and Danielle to beer from Chula Vista Brewery. Chula Vista Brewery recently opened a second location in Eastlake and celebrated the 5th anniversary of opening the tasting room on 3rd Avenue in Chula Vista last week.
Marty, Danielle, and Brandon kick things off with Guerita Light, a crushable 4.5% ABV Blonde Ale then move into Montevalle, a 6.3% ABV Hazy IPA brewed with lactose to give a soft and balanced mouthfeel.
