This week on Beer for Breakfast Brewmaster Paul Segura brings in a couple brews from Knotty Brewing out of Downtown San Diego. Knotty Brewing is a great place to pre or post drink for a Padre game since the brewery is only two block North of Petco Park on Market St & 9th Avenue.
The Beer for Breakfast crew start things off with Kangaroo Cowboy Amber Ale (6% ABV). Kangaroo Cowboy Amber is built for when you want a little more complexity with caramel maltiness and floral noble hops. They also sampled Robot Barber Pale Ale (6% ABV). This is classic American style pale ale, featuring classic American hops (Cascade & Columbus) and has a snappy bitterness with a dry finish.
